Meet in Jubilee Hall on Alternate Friday evenings from 7:30 pm to 9 pm. Years 5 upward.

J & P Group
The justice and peace group meet on the first Wednesday of each
month at 8pm either in the church hall or at 38, Rydal Way, Braintree.
We do a lot of fund raising for CAFOD, and widows in Africa for
their children, farm and other causes.
We are also sponsoring a school in South Africa, our fund raising
consists of collecting money via the Bucket at the back of the
church & parish
events such as an annual garden party, fair-trade, breakfast
and social evenings. The group also writes letters/ postcards campaigns
on various issues such as fair-trades, homeless, landmines, the
arms trade etc. and have also arranged meetings with our PM.
We
occasionally have speakers come to the group.
